From the Muscle Milk BOLD NORTH STATE Tailgate Tour at the Aggie-Eagle Classic, David Glenn talks with a coach about the lessons the game can teach long after the final whistle — discipline, accountability, time management, toughness, and learning how to become a better teammate, husband, father, and member of the community.

Drawing on his own experiences, he explains why coaches have a responsibility to share the “pearls” they’ve picked up along the way with their players and challenge young players to be sponges — absorbing everything they can from coaches and those around them.
